Precision spray valves for
lubricating, bonding, marking and coating applications
These precision spray valves
apply low to medium viscosity liquids without excessive mess or waste. Using low pressure
and low volume, they can be adjusted from a jet to a fine mist. Used
with the TS500R or TS550R digital valve controllers for fully automated or
manual operator controlled
applications.
Adhesive Dispensing Ltd provide a wide range
of equipment options for dispensing almost all assembly fluids -
from watery liquids, solvents, primers and activators through to
thick pastes, sealants, silicones, gels and epoxies.
Precision
spray valves for coating, marking bonding and lubricating. High
levels on control with no overspray. Suitable for many fluids and
low to medium viscosity materials. Precision valves will dispense
accurate deposits direct from syringes, cartridges or pressure pots.
Valves will cycle from 500 to 600 times per minute giving
repeatable and fast deposits for bonding, sealing, coating and
potting applications. Valves operate with minimal maintenance,
ensuring clean and accurate dispensing whether used by hand, fixed
on a production line or mounted onto an XYZ robot. From standard
0.046 Inch nozzle to smaller 0.014 Inch nozzle in either round pattern spray
or wide shape fan spray.
Typical
applications include marking parts with ink, coating parts with
lubricant, fine oil spray to tools and dies for metal stamping,
primers and activators to products, conformal coatings.
