4 Way Liquid and Air Manifold

Our precision
fittings offer safe and leak free connections from cartridges to
barrels and feed tubing. This fluid or air manifold takes a direct
pressurised feed in and sends it to 4 outlets. Caps are included to
seal off unused outlets if less are required. Includes a mounting
rod, luer lock outlet fittings and compression type inlet fitting.

For synchronised valve
dispensing, the key is to keep the fluid feed paths similar in size and
length. This manifold takes the liquid supply and with the unique
radial design ensures equal flow for up
to four dispense valves, fluid lines, feed tubing or syringe barrels (if
using as an air manifold). Can be used with pressure pots, cartridge
feeds or
air powered dispensers.

Made from
acetal with nylon and polypropylene fittings, it is also suitable for UV
cure materials. Supplied
with luer lock connectors for fluid lines as well as 1/4" threaded
fittings.
Sealing caps
are provided if any of the 4 outlets are not used, they can
be sealed off. Maximum pressure of 100 psi. Main port accepts liquid
feed or air feed it.
The manifold also includes a stainless steel mounting
rod with threaded port. |
