The TS5600 series
air operated diaphragm valves are ideal for making controlled
deposits of most low to medium viscosity liquids. Available in
different styles and with different wetted parts to suit varied
adhesives and assembly fluids. Choose air operated with a
digital controller unit for timed shots or manual versions for
hand lever on/off control.
The
TS5620 series diaphragm valves are designed to dispense low to
medium viscosity fluids materials with precision accuracy over a
wide range of shot and bead sized down to a fraction of a micro
litre. An internal spring return makes the valves fully adaptable
for use with our time/pressure controllers.
A short opening
stroke provides extremely fast, positive shut-off. An external
stroke control adjustment makes it easy for the operator to fine
tune shot sizes. The TS5620 Series compact design allows for
mounting flexibility and easy integration into automated
applications and onXYZ robots.
Body available in FDA-compliant Ultra High
Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) for most applications. A
Teflon version is available for chemical compatibility and a Delrin
black version for
UV-curables is available. Hand-held actuated non timed lever
versions for manual non-timed shots.
The valves are easy to use and maintain with
user replaceable spare parts. Use UHMW or Teflon with
cyanoacrylates, anaerobics, liquid fluxes, resins, lacquers,
primers, activators, inks, solvents.

cure adhesives. Polyethylene tubes with open ends
for attachment to fittings. Maximum
pressure 100 psi. Use with dispensing
valves, pressure pots, cartridges and
syringe barrels. All prices are per length of (10
ft.).
