The TS350 system will dispense
virtually any assembly fluid and adhesive or liquid paste, from thin, watery
liquids and solvents to thick gels, silicones and brazing pastes. All are
applied quickly, very accurately and with zero waste, hand fatigue or mess.
This is a system available with 0-100 psi adjustable air regulator
for most fluids and pastes or with a 0-15 psi regulator for watery liquids,
cyanoacrylates and solvents. You hold the syringe like a pen, adjust the air
pressure to suit your liquid being dispensed and press the foot pedal to
dispense. When the foot pedal is released, the deposit instantly stops
without drips or oozing. It is safe and simple to use and reduces time spent
manually applying liquids.
The TS350 range offer high precision
control over watery liquids to thick pastes in a compact bench top system.
The TS350 has a bright LCD screen that displays time, vacuum, air pressure,
time memory storage (up to 10) and shot counter. These high quality
precision dispensers will make micro dots, large dots and controlled lines
of almost any adhesive, paste, gel, epoxy and compound. Syringe sizes
available range from 3cc to 55cc. Use supplied foot pedal or optional finger
switch. The TS350 features memory storage for up to 10 time settings, teach
mode to reduce setup time and dual air output. A sophisticated bench
dispenser to handle most adhesives and liquids.
This compact
dispenser sits on the bench and requires an air input from a compressor or
factory mains supply. It comes with airline hose and fittings kit to make
connection easy. It will work with any power supply and comes supplied with
plugs for use in most countries. Includes a syringe stand, 10cc syringe and
piston pack and tip kit selection. |

Dispensers require
clean and dry compressed air from most small compressors, a mains
factory air supply or nitrogen. We recommend the use of a 5 micron air
filter on the supply air into the dispenser. This will reduce oil,
moisture and particles from the air.
No other maintenance is required as
the dispenser applies liquid direct from a syringe barrel without being
in direct contact with it. Syringe barrels and dispense tips are all
disposable.
Items
are shipped in the UK by a courier on a next day tracked and
insured service for all items that are available from stock. Items on a
lead time will be shipped as soon as they are available.
Dispensers will handle all viscosity liquids from thin solvents to thick
pastes. Customers use these systems for a wide range of dispense projects.
Common applications include solder paste, fluxes, silicones, gels, UV cure,
Cyanoacrylate & more.
