Benchtop syringe type barrel dispensing systems
with adjustable timers and 0-100 psi for most materials or 0-15 psi air pressure control
for watery liquids.
Used to make repeat dots or beads of almost any fluid or liquid. Vacuum
suck-back to prevent drips or ooze. Popular
fluid dispensers with digital timer displays supplied ready to use.
Timers can be switched off for making controlled
beads. All products are CE approved and covered by
comprehensive warranties. |

Syringe barrel dispensers require
clean and dry compressed air from most small compressors, a mains
factory air supply or nitrogen. We recommend the use of a 5 micron air
filter on the supply air into the dispenser. This will reduce oil,
moisture and particles from the air. Perisaltic pump dispensers just
require electric power.
No other maintenance is required as
the dispenser applies liquid direct from a syringe barrel without being
in direct contact with it. Syringe barrels and dispense tips are all
disposable as are PTFE tubes.
Items
are shipped in the UK by a courier on a next day tracked and
insured service for all items that are available from stock. Items on a
lead time will be shipped as soon as they are available. |

Dispensers will handle all viscosity liquids from thin solvents to thick
pastes. Customers use these systems for a wide range of dispense projects.
Common applications include solder paste, fluxes, silicones, gels, UV cure,
Cyanoacrylate & more.
CE approved machines with serial numbers
and batch codes. All dispensers are shipped with easy to understand user
guides to assist setting up. Syringe barrek dispensers require a compressed air
supply of around 70-100 PSI. Peristaltic pumps do not require any
compressed air.
