Manual cartridge gun dispensers are designed for the controlled
application of two component epoxies, silicones and other materials.
Use this high quality manual gun with industry standard 50ml 1:1
and 2:1 ratio dual epoxy type cartridges. The same gun handles both
types of dual cartridge.
For adhesives which are supplied in two part, side-by-side syringe
cartridges and push the adhesive through a static mixing nozzle. The
lightweight portability and durable construction of the manual guns make
them well suited for many assembly operations in various markets such as
aerospace, electronics, construction and automotive. Manual guns are
available in two sizes with four mix ratios (1:1, 2:1, 4:1 and 10:1).
The dual cartridge is clipped into the gun handle. The plunger rod is
inserted and pushes the pistons down in the cartridge to provide a
controlled flow. Our guns are safe and hygienic, reducing risk of operator
contact with the materials being dispensed. They fit comfortably into the
hand for use over long periods of time and minimum risk of repetitive strain
injury. Item ships from stock.
All products are CE approved product
with a 1 Year warranty. This gun also works with all pre-filled 50ml adhesive
cartridges in a 1:1 and 2:1 ratio.
