Fillet Lap Nozzle 4" L 3/8" x 1/8" Left Step TS3106
Offering the widest range of dispensing nozzles for use with
cartridges and valves. All nozzles are industrial grade safe for
use to 100 psi air pressures and are certified silicone-free.
Threaded secure attachment for leak free dispensing.
Spreader nozzles dispense material over a
wider area whereas fillet nozzles consistently apply sealant fillets
over lap joints. A moulded step is incorporated into the fillet nozzles
to align them along the lap joint. The result is perfectly formed
fillet. Maximum operating pressure 100psi (6.9bar). Moulded from natural
polyethylene and have 1/4'' NPT male threads to fit all industry
cartridges or equivalent. Supplied in a pack of 50 pieces.
Part
TSD931-296 is required if using with pre-filled silicone and sealant
tubes that feature and external thread nipple to cut. Nozzles are fully
compatible with most fluids, adhesives, pastes and gels and useful for
high viscosity pastes, sealants, silicones, mastics, solder pastes and
compounds.

Typical Applications:-
Nozzles are moulded in high or low density
plastics and have much thicker walls than a standard silicone caulking
types. The
internal bore has a taper and this ensures the material moves
consistently down without restriction.
All nozzles use a 1/4
Inch NPT
external thread for leak free cartridge or valve attachment.
Use with most
liquids, pastes, epoxies, gels, solvents, adhesives, fluxes, lubricants,
paints, inks, solder creams, braze pastes and many more assembly fluids.
