Cartridge gun dispensers are designed for the controlled
application of pastes, gels, adhesives and fluids. We offer customers the most cost effective
cartridge gun dispensing systems.
Our guns are covered by a one year warranty and supplied with a starter component kit.
Guns are designed for the
pneumatic application of sealant, caulking, adhesive, and other compounds
packaged in 10oz (1/10th gallon or 310ml), 20oz (600cc), and 32oz (960cc)
cartridges. Air hoses to operate the gun must be ordered separately.
The gun is constructed of cast aluminium and other durable materials
designed to withstand the rigors of the production work place. The cartridge
retainer is secured to the gun via a spring loaded quick-disconnect using
the bayonet locking feature on the retainer. The 20oz. retainer can be
quickly and easily attached to the gun using the supplied bayonet adapter.
Cartridges allow use of standard nozzles.
Guns are safe and
hygienic, reducing risk of operator contact with the materials being
dispensed. They fit comfortably in the hand for use over long periods of
time which minimises the risk of repetitive strain injury. Dispense tip
adapters can also be used with the cartridges for attachment of all standard
needle tips. All guns are all covered by a 12 month manufacturers warranty.
Typical Use: Guns are portable and can be used in a factory
production or maintenance area, in an assembly department as well as for
repair and re-work. Guns are commonly used in the field for repair or
maintenance applications.
Common Applications:- Deposits
of solder paste, Deposits of solder flux, Grease to bearings, Potting
components with epoxy, RTV to edge seams, Silicone shots to bond
products, Gasket sealant repair, Aircraft maintenance work, General
adhesive applications.
Adhesive Dispensing Ltd provide a wide

watery liquids, solvents, primers and activators through to thick pastes,
sealants, silicones, gels and epoxies.
The guns are robust and handle most liquids and pastes dispensed from
them. This is the more versatile range of cartridge guns covering small
to very large options.
